MISS GRAND UNITED KINGDOM – REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all applicants, contestants, finalists, titleholders, sponsors, and any individual or entity making payments to Miss Grand United Kingdom, operated by Pageants Planet Ltd.

By submitting an application or making any payment, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL

All payments made to Miss Grand United Kingdom are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Application fees

  • Entry fees

  • Participation fees

  • Workshop and training fees

  • Administrative fees

  • Sponsorship and promotional packages

  • Ticket purchases

  • Optional add-ons or upgrades

2. NO REFUNDS FOR WITHDRAWAL OR DISQUALIFICATION

No refunds will be issued if:

  • A contestant withdraws voluntarily at any stage

  • A contestant is disqualified for breach of rules or misconduct

  • A contestant fails to meet eligibility requirements

  • A contestant fails to attend rehearsals, events, workshops, or the final

3. NO REFUNDS FOR PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Illness or injury

  • Pregnancy

  • Family or personal commitments

  • Employment or education conflicts

  • Financial hardship

  • Change of mind

4. NO REFUNDS FOR TRAVEL OR VISA ISSUES

Miss Grand United Kingdom is not responsible for:

  • Visa refusals or delays

  • Passport issues

  • Travel restrictions

  • Flight cancellations or delays

  • Accommodation problems

All travel-related risks are the sole responsibility of the contestant, and no refunds will be issued.

5. EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

If the competition or any related event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or modified due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue unavailability

  • Political or security issues

No refunds will be provided.

The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule the event

  • Modify the competition format

  • Transfer participation to a future edition at its discretion

6. PARTIAL PARTICIPATION OR NON-ATTENDANCE

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued if:

  • A contestant does not attend all scheduled activities

  • A contestant chooses not to participate in certain elements

  • A contestant is late or absent from events

7. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Any attempt to:

  • Initiate a chargeback

  • Reverse or dispute a payment without valid legal grounds

May result in:

  • Immediate disqualification

  • Termination of participation

  • Legal action to recover losses and administrative costs

  • Permanent exclusion from future Miss Grand UK or affiliated pageants

8. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Refunds will only be issued where required by UK law.
Any discretionary exception granted by the Organiser shall be:

  • At the sole discretion of Pageants Planet Ltd

  • Final and non-negotiable

9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By making a payment to Miss Grand United Kingdom, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy

  • You accept that all payments are final

  • You waive any right to request a refund except where legally required
